We're excited for you to receive your unique Israeli designs from Mishelanu! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options and delivery times.

Please note that all of our products are shipped directly from Israel. Currently, we ship within the United States, Canada, and Europe.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Please note that the estimated delivery times listed below are based on the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

  • Typically, items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time they are ordered.
  • During peak holiday seasons in both the US and Israel, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping within the Contiguous 48 US States:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Flat rate of $10.00
    • Estimated delivery within 7 - 15 business days
    • Carriers: USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fedex, DHL
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Flat rate of $25.00
    • Priority fulfillment and faster delivery (typically 2 - 5 business days)
  • Orders over $250 ship for free.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories:

  • Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $250 USD automatically ship for free.

Shipping to Canada:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Flat rate of $15.00
    • Estimated delivery within 7 - 15 business days
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Flat rate of $25.00
    • Priority fulfillment and faster delivery (typically 2 - 5 business days)
  • Important Note: Additional customs fees, carrier fees, or duties may apply, depending on the charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. We cannot estimate these fees in advance.

International Orders (other than Canada):

  • Shipping fees for all international orders under $250 USD will be calculated at checkout.
  • International orders over $250 USD automatically ship for free.
  • Additional customs fees, carrier fees, or duties may apply, depending on the charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. We cannot estimate these fees in advance.

Free Shipping Promotion:

  • Enjoy free standard shipping on orders to the US over $250 USD.
  • Free shipping is not applicable to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
  • Some items may be excluded from this promotion due to size or weight restrictions.

Carriers:

  • We partner with various shipping companies to ensure reliable delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery with a specific carrier.
  • All U.S. orders over $500 will be shipped with a signature requirement.
  • International orders will ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS Worldwide, or USPS International.
  • Some countries outside the U.S. will arrange final delivery with their local carrier once the package clears customs. Please check your local carrier site for additional details if your DHL, UPS, or other carrier's tracking has stopped.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your Mishelanu account.

Package Delivered But Not Received?

  • Sometimes packages are marked as delivered before they physically arrive.
  • If you run into any issue receiving your package, we are here to help. Contact us at support@mishelanu.com.

Special Shipping Requests:

  • Contact us at support@mishelanu.com within 30 minutes of placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Customs and Duties:

  • Customers are solely responsible for the payment of all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • These fees can vary widely, so please check with your local customs agency for more information. We cannot provide an estimate at this time.
