Returns

We want you to love your Mishelanu experience! We offer hassle-free returns on most* items shipped to U.S. addresses (excluding final sale items). We also accept returns from international addresses, but international customers are responsible for return postage.

  • Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st of the following year.
  • Standard Returns: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return, unless the item is marked as final sale.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. Shipping costs on the original order are non-refundable.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In brand new, unworn condition
  • Unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Returned with original packaging and tags

*Please note that some items are marked as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This will be clearly indicated on the product page, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

How Do I Make a Return?

U.S. Orders:

  1. Send an email to support@mishelanu.com with your order number (e.g., M123456789) and the email address used for your order.
  2. Specify the item(s) you'd like to return. Include a picture of the item(s). 
  3. We will send you a return label and shipping instructions.

International Orders:

We don't currently offer prepaid return labels for international orders. Please ship your return to the following address:

Be sure to include your packing slip or a note with your name, email address, and order number.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges as our items are shipped directly from Israel. However, if you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can easily do so by following our return instructions above. Once we receive and process your returned item, you will receive a full refund for your original purchase. You can then place a new order for the item in your desired size or color.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@mishelanu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
